Yia Yia's Nook

Yia Yia's Nook is a personally inspired business that started with the birth of Angie's first grandchild, Matthew. Even though Angie has always been super creative, her true love for designing and making children's apparel and healthy wholesome foods, only came when Matthew arrived in the new Greek/Afrikaans family! She immediately started knitting beautiful and novel beanies for the winter and making soft toys.

Due to her daughter-in-law and son's extensive travelling, and being strapped down in the corporate world, Yia Yia (Granny) decided to start making wholesome, balanced precooked meals so that Matthew did not end up eating fish fingers and mash or egg and toast every evening ;-)

Two years later Isabella (her second grandchild) was born and, as with girls, opened up a whole new world of frill and fun!

There is nothing that this Greek Granny is not willing to try and test - one thing is for sure, if you purchase any product from her, you are sure to receive it with much love and warmth.
