SPINNING
Indoor Cycling also known as Spinning is a great cardiovascular workout. Maintain a fast cadence, then progress into an intense hill climb whilst listening to motivating music on our fully adjustable bikes.
Our high intensity cycling classes build endurance, strengthens the core and tones your muscles.
Highly recommended for road cyclists, mountain bikers and individuals wanting to lose weight or maintain cardiovascular fitness in a positive and safe environment.

PILATES
Pilates is a system of physical conditioning often using only body weight or with specialised equipment.
Pilates improves flexibility, builds strength and develops control and endurance in the entire body. It puts emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core and improving coordination and balance. Pilates allows for different exercises to be modified in range of difficulty from beginning to advanced or to any other level.
Classes consists of small groups with well-trained instructors attending to every individuals special needs.
Pilates are often recommended by physiotherapists and doctors due to its rehabilitating properties.
This is a safe and highly efficient form of exercise for pre- and postnatal, post-operative and the elderly.
We also specialise in private Pilates sessions.

PERSONAL TRAINING
This is our premium service where a client, under the supervision of a knowledgeable trainer, works one on one in a private session to achieve their personal best. A session will typically consist of cardiovascular, strength and flexibility elements to ensure functional results. Individuals will be assessed and a specific training program will be designed for specific outcomes. Personal training is structured in such a way that it caters for all individuals.
Our clients will be monitored on a regular basis and will feel inspired and motivated through their progress.

WEIGHT LOSS and NUTRITION
Maintaining a healthy weight will contribute to healthy living and improved health. Clients will be in consultation to assess their individual needs. Lifestyle plays an important role to ensure that good changes can be implemented and sustained in every clients busy schedule.
A short screening will be done to compile a review in order to create an overview of medical and personal information.
Clients will be weighed and assessed regularly with a skin fold test to determine body fat percentage.
A well balanced nutritional plan will be given to suit each client’s individual needs. Training will consist of 3 personal training sessions a week.
A well balanced eating plan may result in a general sense of well being and improved energy levels.
It is our studio’s policy to ensure optimum health and wellness. There is no easy way or shortcuts to reach your goal weight. The journey to a healthy lifestyle comes through a positive attitude and prolonged commitment.

SPORT MASSAGE
The role of massage in sports performance and rehabilitation plays a vital role in reaching your goal. Regular massage improves muscle tone and circulation, detects tight nodules and improves range of movement.
A sport massage session will last 45 minutes.
We offer neck/back or legs or full body massages.
