We specialize in catering from a romantic dinner for two all the way to a unique lunch or corporate dinner! We offer from spitbraai buffet to a plated course banquet, where we prepare all the food to the highest quality. All functions are unique to our client’s requirements. We know no function is the same. The menus are only a baseline and we can alter it to your personal needs. We cater for any number of guests.
We only use stainless steel gas Spitbraai to ensure that the food is prepared hygienically with no mess and no fuss. We only use grade A lamb for a spit braai and braai. We are trending to a new style of beef steak on the spit… Don’t forget about the pork and chickens.
