Volunteer for Sharks

We conserve the magnificent great whites through volunteering, sustainability & research.
As a member of Volunteer for Sharks you will learn about scientific research techniques, shark biology, ecotourism, shark management, permitting and marine conservation. You will also gain hands on experience in collecting data, managing shark dives as well as community outreach and awareness building regarding the Great White Shark. As well as diving and working with these majestic sharks off the pristine coast of South Africa, you’ll get the chance to explore the local area and learn about South African culture. Ecotourism, conservation and research efforts are critical to the sustainability of the endangered Great White Shark.
