Traffords

Penny Hatting, formerly of the Strelitzia Room Restaurant at the Botanical Gardens, is finally opening her new restaurant called Trafford's at 43 Miller St on the same property as her Heritage Guest House.

Trafford's is opening it's doors to the public on Wednesday 23 November 2011. We will only be open for lunches on Wednesday to Friday this week, 12 noon to 3:00pm.

From Thursday 01 December our hours will be:

Lunch: Wednesday to Friday from 12 noon to 3:00pm.

Dinner: Wednesday to Saturdays from 6:00 pm to 9:00pm. Kitchen closes at 9:00pm.

We have tried to capture the gracious ambience of the late 40's and early 50's.

Trafford's is named after my late father who introduced me the concept of fine dining, as he loved taking our family to the best places any town had to offer.
