The Investment In Excellence is our flagship program. It is with this program that we begin the journey to excellence and unlock peoples thinking. We walk an intimate 10 week journey with organisation’s that transform the status quo and take it to a new level of excellence.

Power Sessions:
In order to maintain principals taught in the flagship program and maintain accelerated thinking within individuals the ‘power sessions’ act as constant snap shots of key principles learned in the Investment In Excellence program to ensure old habits are not being reverted to and that levels of excellence are consistently strived towards.

Strengths Coaching:
We believe strongly in developing individuals in their areas of strength and passion. With new thinking being introduced into organisations we believe that harnessing individual strengths will add tremendous value.

The Pacific Institute, Grass Roots Program:

An integral part of our vision is the privilege to give back. The GR program is a simplified version of our flagship program that has been simplified for individuals who have had no formal education or have not been able to finish high school. The program makes use of simple language and greater use of pictures and activities to teach principles to individuals to reach their full potential.

Because we are passionate about excellence there is no better way to share than to speak about it. Excel talks is a platform that hosts business seminars to encourage individuals to reach their full potential through sharing excellent ideas on thinking, habits, ideas, people, places and so on.
