Chef Brent Mills, personally trains the students, over 1200hours of practical experience, in all aspects of modern & traditional cooking & cooking techniques as well as Baking & the Bakeshop principles with Head Pattiserie Chef, Nutrition, Hygiene, French Appreciation & Food Technology with Lecturer Emmy-Lou Mills, molecular gastronomy, raw food & alternative baking with Dr.Carmen Basson. Front of House training, Bar work including Barista Coffee Making, Food photography, food styling, food journalism with Asher Love Photography Studios & a Lumin James Pottery Course...Lindt Chocolate work, Sushi, Artisan Bread, Cheese Making & Sour Dough Pizza's making are just some of the subjects we cover.
