The Evolution Group was started by business owner Brent de Jager and his team of professionals. Prior to The Evolution Group’s beginning in South Africa, Brent de Jager worked in the health and fitness industry in the United Kingdom and chose to grow his business model back home.

The Evolution Group strives to offer a unique set of services which range across the fitness spectrum. The team is well-balanced as their training and expertise all differ. This means that The Evolution Group develops specialized programmes for their clients’ individual needs: this can vary from extreme fitness and strength to recuperative training.
