The Benjamin is Managed by Fiona Koch widow of renowned Swiss Chef Werner Koch. Fiona carries 30 years of hospitality experience from Southern Sun Hotels, to management positions in Switzerland, corporate caterer, to being the ex lessee of Crowhurst Place Guesthouse in Everton and sees hospitality as her passion.
