Studio Kairos

We are a group of dedicated commUNITY of Nia teachers and students who truly demonstrate loving our lives and choosing Joy.
As the founder of Studio Kairos in 2003, I have seen Nia grow purely because of the connection between community and like-minded people. I owe our success purely to the beautiful people I meet every day who come to dance, some of you since the beginning in 2003, are still dancing with us every week. We offer 12 Nia classes and two yoga classes a week. We also offer the Nia White Intensive training at least twice a year and the higher belts (Blue, Brown and 5 Stages Training).
