Strong By Design

I have trained most my life.

Often very hard. Often just training for the sake of training.

Each year my training become less of a priority to me as other aspects of my life required more focus and energy.

This is when I realized that doing more doesn’t always deliver more.

Now I train less and achieve more.

I’ve learnt that smart and consistent training and nutrition delivers far more than constantly hammering away.

My sessions are still hard but they are much more focused.

Results have improved.

I enjoy it again.

To get serious results you have to enjoy the process.
