Step & Tone It Up

My name is Vicky and I am a qualified ETA Group Fitness instructor. I am passionate about exercise and LOVE teaching in the group classes.
I believe that there are many ladies our there who do not like to go to the gym. Well, I offer similar group fitness classes at a fraction of the price.
R20.00 per class or R120.00 for twice a week. The classes are always fun with new routines every week. Step routines vary from beginner to intermediate. I already have about +- 15 ladies that participate in my classes and they love it. Some ladies even say that they are addicted:-). We do body tone with hand weights and elastic bands, floor work as well. Come and try one class for free and decide for yourself.
