• State of the art Barcode Automatic Pay Station
• Issues change in notes and coins, utilising a Bill 2 Bill note recycler and recycling tubes or hoppers. The pay station is therefore able to self-replenish its float of coins and notes as the denominations of coins and notes that are issued as change are replenished the next time those denominations are presented for payment.
• Biometric Finger Print recognition for authorisation to open the door as well as access administrative functions. This ensures that no unauthorised access to the unit can be gained by duplicating keys etc. Access times and user profiles can be setup on the system for maximum security.
• 15” LCD Touch Screen interface for customers as well as authorised administrative users.

We have a fully equipped electronics workshop with qualified engineers capable of advanced PCBoard repairs including Surface Mount Repairs (SMD) as well as development of new PC Boards including micro controller software (Firmware) and reverse engineering.

PCBoard Development:
We provide a turnkey solution to designing and developing new electronic products. From concept right through to the final printed circuit board design (PCB), manufacturing of PCBoards, component sourcing, supply and PCBoard assembly, to final testing and delivery. We have full CAD facilities for PCBoard design and a well equipped workshop where we design and test new products. The majority of our development work is exclusively done for our clients and is not available commercially. We do our own microcontroller software (Firmware) development.

Reverse Engineering:
We specialise in reverse engineering of obsolete or discontinued PCBoards, where there is a demand for the customer to maintain a product for as long as possible. We have a strong relationship with an Australian based company, MT GlobalTek, with reach within the Asian market for assistance with more complex reverse engineering on multilayer PCBoards. We have successfully reverse engineered up to a six layer PCBoard in the past.

PCBoard Repairs:
We have a well equipped workshop with advanced electronic diagnostic and testing equipment and highly trained engineers and technicians to attend to all types of PCBoard repairs including Surface Mount Repairs (SMD) in the fastest possible time. Our repairs are quality guaranteed and are attended to in record time. Our client base includes: ADT Security (Repairs to Electronic Article Surveilance Equipment [EAS]); RA Appliances (Oven Temprature Controllers); Interpark (Parking Equipment); Systeq Security (Electric Fence Energizers and many other types of security equipment) to name a few. We repair from the most basic PCBoards to high-end electronic equipment with complex micro prosessors.

Sourcing and Procurement of Components:
We specialise in sourcing and procuring components and parts required to repair or maintain electronic equipment. We import components and parts on a weekly basis and are able to supply these components and parts at highly competitive prices.
