Sonic Auto Body Pty(ltd) is a brand new Panel beating and Spray Painting for Minor and Major Structural repairs business opened in January 2015,
The mission of Sonic Auto Body PTY(ltd) is to be the most outstanding service provider in the Motor Body Repair Industry, Sonic Auto Body PTY(ltd) is dedicated to build long term relationships with clients through quality, customer support and great after repair services. We are serious about care, quality and workmanship.

2. Service and Approvals
Sonic Auto Body PTY (ltd) is a proud member of SAMBRA (South African Motor Body Repair Association) and RMI (Retail Motor Industry Organisation)
Sonic Auto Body PTY (ltd) provides up-to-date repairs, spray-painting (Water Base) and towing.
Sonic Auto Body will strive to cater the needs of each client and develop a strong return-customer base. Because we are in the industrial area of Rosslyn Pretoria North, we also offer a shuttle service either by collecting and/or dropping a client at home or at work. For clients whose vehicles need major repairs, courtesy cars will be available. Sonic Auto Body PTY (ltd) is also proud to announce that we are Ford and Kia Approved.

3. 24/7 Towing Services – (7m Rollback Truck)
We have a 24/7 towing service available, towing services available subjected to insurance tariffs, Storage fees are negotiable as far as not even charging storage fee.
Also if we tow the vehicle and we get the opportunity to repair the vehicle we DO NOT CHARGE ANY TOWING FEES. We tow vehicles NATION WIDE, even though we are is Rosslyn, we pick up clients vehicles anywhere, repair the vehicle and then deliver the vehicle at the client.

4. Reception
Our reception and waiting area is outstanding as the comfort of your own home. We have a lovely waiting area for our clients separate from our reception area, with beverages for the hot summer days and coffee/tea for our cold winter days, while waiting for a spot repair, quote etc. enjoy watching your favourite dstv channel and enjoying a homemade pie or “vetkoek” with mince. Sonic Auto Body PTY (ltd) reception and waiting area is apart from our workshop to prevent loud noises.

5. Guarantees and Warranties
Sonic Auto Body PTY (ltd) is passionate about providing our customers with an outstanding collision repair experience. Our standards, state-of-the-art equipment, trained craftsmen and written guarantee all totals to your complete satisfaction. All repairs that has been performed by Sonic Auto Body PTY (ltd) Written Guarantee: 5year Workmanship and Lifetime on Paintwork. Other Items of the repair order such as parts, sublet labour, paint materials and suppliers are subject to the guarantee of those suppliers. We will be happy to assist you in handling a claim under the suppliers guarantee. We are here to assist you.

6. B-BBEE Status
Sonic Auto Body PTY (ltd) is proud to announce that we are a level four(4) contributor to B-BBEE. (See Attached)

7. Parts
All parts are computer recorded using Vantage, for easy reference and control. Issues are done by requisitions and recorded by the parts controlled. Our store person ensure that all parts are properly administrated, marked and stored. Demarcated stores and storage racks are used for safe storage of all parts.

8. Paint and Consumables.
These are kept separate from parts due to the inflammable nature thereof. Our certify technicians use this technology to evaluate damage, systematically repair your vehicle to original manufacturer specifications. We also make use of computerized colour matching and heated paint booths. And we also have a Speedline, provided spot repairs. Sonic Auto Body PTY (ltd) has all this and lots more.
