Siyanqoba Youth Centre

Siyanqoba Old age, Disabled, Orphans, and Youth Center was formed-on the 23 February 2015 after realizing the fact that the above community has no alternative recreation activities in the area. This project will serve as a platform for this community to express themselves in all forms of activities, education, skills, sports, recreation, art and culture. This project is based in Gauteng in an informal settlement in Ekurhuleni. The place in a way does not get access to most of the sports and government projects and this has become a challenge for us to approach various stakeholders to assist us in creating vibrant and crime free in Etwatwa, 82% of these people are black people whom are beneficiaries and 18% are mixed race people Crime, Drugs, Unemployment, Dropping of school have become a serious problem, which has adverse socioeconomic and political implication of our democracy. It has cost untold misery and cost the country billions of reds. The need for fighting the above in concerted and relentless manner is very important. There is a need for co-coordinating within government and between organs of society.
