*EAT-Culinary Socialization Evenings: come and enjoy a culinary experience where family and friends all join in the kitchen to create interesting dishes that you can enjoy after cooking. We offer 4 course cooking evenings and themed menus surrounding countries authentic dishes such as Thai, Greek and many more.
-Coffee Experience: Schweet blends from Caffe Lattes to Espresso's, we offer freshly brewed coffee for on the go or to relax on our terrace
-Pastry Bistro: grab a coffee and enjoy alongside freshly made "schweets" from macaroons to red velvet bites

*BAKE-Retail Store: come and get all our baking goods and equipment. Create your very own unique cake/cupcakes from start to finish by picking your favourite cake mix, adding your preferred frosting and adding the finishing touches from ready made sugar art to the last dusting of glitter.
-Schweet Cakes-made to order: we will tailor make your choice of cake/cupcakes according to the design and flavour you are looking for. We can make a cake for any occassion, weddings, birthdays, corporate, baby showers and bachelor/bachelorette.

*LEARN-Advanced Pastry School: qualified chefs wanting to further their pastry skills should look at Schweet Emporium as a great opportunity to do so. Working and learning under one of South Africa's top pastry chefs. She will prepare you for the niche pastry market.
-Hobby classes or any classes that can be tailor made to specific corporate or casual needs.

We will provide all necessary equipment and specialised tools for each session, as well as all ingredients. We will also provide an apron for use on the evening.

All sessions are fully hands on and your involvement is vital to your successful completion of the lesson. All items produced by the participants may be taken with them after the session with our team.
