Part of the daily ritual in Sweden is fika. It involves the practice of taking a break typically with a cinnamon roll, some biscuits or cookies. We have prepared some typical Swedish treats for when you take a well-deserved fika break at work or perhaps for when you invite some of your friends over for fika.
