HOUSE RULES
Hi Spur People! Thanks for being part of our world on Facebook. To make sure that our fan page remains a fun, friendly place to be, we've put a few house rules in place. Please take a moment to read them.
SHARE THE LOVE AND RESPECT EACH OTHER
We love sharing your Spur experiences, so keep the comments, questions, photos, videos and links coming, just please watch your language when you post because a) it's the respectful thing to do and b) we're a family restaurant, so lots of our friends are still young. Please note that we will have to remove any content posted to our page that is deemed inappropriate or offensive.

As for tagging, go ahead, we love being a part of your Spur Memories. Unless. of course, the images aren't relevant or appropriate to Spur, in which case we'd prefer it if you left us out of the equation. Thanks!

WHEN AND WHY WE MODERATE
We promise to respond to your comments as quickly as we can - within 24 hours on weekdays and please allow at least 48 hours response time over weekends. We don't take the decision to remove a post lightly, but please understand we will have to remove posts containing the following:
- Offensive or violent language
- Hateful or discriminatory comments regarding race, ethnicity, religion, gender, disability, sexual orientation or political beliefs.
- Links, comments, images or videos containing sexually explicit or defamatory, infringing, obscene, indecent, misleading or unlawful material or information.
- Defamation, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights(such as rights of privacy and publicity) of others.
- Violations of copyright or intellectual property rights.
- Spam, phishing, link baiting or files containing viruses that could damage the operation of other people's computers or mobile devices.
- Attacks on specific groups or any comments meant to harass, threaten or abuse an individual.
- Commercial solicitations or the promotion of a competitor.
- Trolling or deliberately disruptive discussions.

PROTECT YOURSELF
We want to keep our Facebook Page a safe place! To protect your identity and personal information, please don't post any personal or sensitive information ( such as your bank account number, contact number, address, ID number, driver's licence, birthday etc.) on our Facebook page. If you need to send us personal or sensitive information, please do so via private message on Facebook.

FORMAL STUFF
Please understand that comments posted to the Spur Cares & Spur Steak Ranches pages do not represent the opinions of Spur Corporation. Only those designated as Spur Facebook admins are permitted to upload promotional content.
