Yoga practice stirs up our fears, ignorance and attachments; when we can observe this and become conscious of it, we can let it go. SRY endeavor to offer a yoga practice that provides opportunity to become the observer, to know the limitless possibility of the body & mind and finding a place to integrate with spirit. I work toward creating space that is about personal exploration which, naturally, progresses to personal development.
Through sharing my experience of yoga, I aspire to represent the transformative, healing power of the practice. I hope to inspire and, through the practice, to heal. In a world afflicted with apathy, I wish to cultivate empathy. In a community afflicted with competitiveness, I wish to cultivate compassion. And in an individual afflicted with self-criticism, I wish to cultivate self-love..
