Procor SA is an innovative company that has, for almost fifteen years, been intimately involved in the management (maintenance and administration) and marketing of a number of company owned residential property assets.

After the successful completion of projects in Allanridge and with Harmony Goldmine in the Free state Goldfields in 2005, Procor SA has repositioned itself in the private market in the Goldfields where the company continues to enjoy growth in all areas of their business. Procor SA provides tailormade solutions that my be adapted to suit the specific requirements of the client regardless of their size or operational status, including joint ventures.

Procor SA has the capacity and infrastructure to, at any given time, manage in excess of 3000 residential properties, market and sell in excess of 1200 in a year and successfully let more than 1200 properties in a year.
