Unsuccessful Dispute resolutions

Should you not pass verification and cannot supply us with the required proof of your identity your profile will be downgraded to a free profile. There will be NO REFUND on any unsuccessful verification profiles as there is a cost involved in doing the verification process. NO verification will be refused unreasonably and we will always be open for conversation as it is neither in our, nor our clients’ interest refusing verification. Once the matter has been reviewed by one of the directors of Platinum singles and verification has been declined no further correspondence will be entered into.
