Your comfortable country retreat, The Pinkpaleis, is situated in the peaceful Overberg village of Greyton. Lying at the foot of the beautiful Riversonderend Mountain Nature Reserve, you will discover this country-inspired, self-catering home situated on the Main Road.

A beautiful and tranquil getaway in the heart of the Overberg, it offers a quiet and relaxing escape to the countryside, a mere hour and a bit’s, pleasant drive, from Cape Town.
This self-catering accommodation consists of the main house as well as the separate, attached cottage, offering two en-suite queen bedrooms and a bedroom with double bunk in the main house. The fully furnished cottage has a large en-suite bedroom situated on the top floor, boasting a queen bed. All bed linen and towels are provided.

The fully equipped country-inspired kitchen includes a stove, fridge/freezer, an ice-maker, a dishwasher, a microwave, a toaster, a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a large dining room table for entertaining up to eight guests. The lounge area includes TV with full DStv bouquet and charming wood-burning fire-place. All rooms have wall panel heaters for cosy winter season.

In the garden is a covered braai area with outdoor seating. There is a Tuscany-style swimming pool with deck, sun loungers, and a large, private garden with outside shower. There is parking in the driveway for two cars as well as off-street parking .

Directions to The Pinkpaleis

From Cape Town
To get to Greyton from Cape Town is about a 90 minute drive. Take the N2 east towards Somerset West. Going through Grabouw and approaching Caledon you would need to look out for the Greyton / Genadendal turnoff going to the left, this would be the R406. Greyton is about 32 km along the R406, roughly taking about 20 minutes of driving. The Pinkpaleis is located in the Main Road, on your right hand side, opposite Fiore Garden Centre, as you come into Greyton.
