Pholaco (Pty) Ltd expands EPS , to manufacture EPS Block Moulds for Insulated Panel manufacturing and packaging industries. We also produce our own machine laminated and hand laminated Insulated Panels for cold room, high care area and prefabricated insulated structure construction. Our factory is also set up to roll form IBR roof sheeting and produces any general sheet metal bend up profiles. We are equipped with CNC cutting and bending machinery and also have a mechanical workshop that specialises in welding works.

Our in-house procurement, drafting, quality, research and development and project management departments can assist you to conceive, develop, design and make your product or project a reality.

Insulated doors, Personnel doors and Windows including all our special researched items, i.e. thermal bridges and roof hangers are all in our own control.
