His wealth of in-depth knowledge of SETA processes and Training Provision has placed him into good stead with many large South African based training providers.

De Waal has conducted verifications for the Security SETA and is a registered Assessor and Moderator for various SETA’s.

De Waal has been a witness to the transformation of many people over the years, both in Zimbabwe and South Africa.
