Palm Island Cocktails was founded in 2014 by Chris Jay, a young, talented bartender. His love for mixology, paired with his passion to provide an unparalleled customer experience, led to the formation of Palm Island Cocktails.

In 2015 Rushin Gamiet joined the team and brought his knowledge and experience of event planning and below the line marketing shifting Palm Island Cocktails focus from bar service only to a full service events company, thus the formation of Palm Island.
