Our intimate neighborhood restaurant offers our diners exquisite cuisine and personal attention. Owned by Corne Grobler who heads the kitchen as executive chef and front of house as maitre d’, assisted by his small kitchen brigade.
A warm romantic ambiance makes Nuvo Cuisine the perfect setting for special occasions with the luxury of linger-longer dinners. The restaurants’ charm lies in its understated classical elegance. The cuisine is an alluring mix of international favorites with strong Italian, French and Thai influences.
Expect a superior meal, graciously served. This excellent cuisine, ambiance and attention from the owners won them various awards, the most recent two, Nuvo Cuisine was voted as one of the Top 10 Local Favourites, and top 10 Best Business Restaurants in the country. Friday evenings our resident pianists captivates our patrons with their soothing music. Reservations are essential as only 40 diners are accommodated for dinner. The restaurant also have a covered patio for a more alfresco dining experience. We serve lunch (11:00 - 15:00)and dinner (18:00 - 22:00) Tuesday - Saturday, and on Sundays we only serve lunch from 11:00- 15:00
We stock a good variety of Cognac and liqueurs, and our wine list contains around 100 bottles of hand picked fine wines.
