NESEM Global, the lifelong dream of an Entrepreneurial Mother of 2, was founded by Nicky Ellis, who spent the past 5 years living and working in Zanzibar. She has recently relocated with her family and now, is re-establishing herself and her business in Cape Town.
NESEM Global is an events management company, offering services such as Corporate Events, Destination Weddings, Charity Events and now, the latest addition to the company, Staffing Solutions specifically catering to the Events Industry.
The company mission statement is “Do what you love, and love what you do” We believe that every person has their strengths and weaknesses, so why not make a career out of our strengths?
After noticing the number of unapproachable and often unhelpful staff behind the scenes, as well as, front of house, Nicky realized her passion for the industry and what she does. She decided to make it their company mission, to help her industry partners to have the right people doing the right jobs. With a ever growing database of incredible jobseekers, they aim to be the link in the industry, linking great people to great places.
NESEM Global is all about doing good, for good! The company aligned themselves with STOP (Stop Trafficking of People) a local NGO/NPO whose cause is fighting the horrendous crime of Human Trafficking in South Africa. Together they are organizing the newly released Rock For Freedom Music Festival as well as various future awareness campaigns in aid of anti human trafficking.
With Nicky's extensive experience in both South Africa and Tanzania, her clientele now ranges into the Northern Hemisphere, to countries such as the US, Canada, UK, Europe and the UAE.
At NESEM Global we see value in the input of others. Nicky has surrounded herself with an equally motivated team, striving for the same goal. This gives them the opportunity to offer a full range of services from conceptualizing, pre-planning, to on the day management, post event analysis and de-briefing.
