N & M transport and plant hire, founded in 1998 by the legendary Nkhethoa Seetsa, has established itself as one of the leading plant hire companies in Lesotho. The company operates an extensive range of equipment, comprising tractor loader backhoes (TLBs), crushers, earth works, bricks, civil, quarrying, excavators, loaders, tippers and more.

The company now operates more tipper trucks including horses and tippers of 20 cm3 capacity. Equipment is deployed on various sites around the country. Sites include large-scale shopping centers and office developments, highway upgrades, mining, and various other building projects. Plant hire co-coordinators, site managers and supervisors attend to any problems or needs that may arise in the field.

Equipment brands favored include KOMATSU and CAT, although the majority is Mercedes. Regarding the market, N & M transport and plant hire supplies a wide range of clients, from large construction companies to small, even catering for "the- man-in-the-street."
