At Mia's Training the focus is on all aspects of training - speed, fitness, strength and toning. I will give your whole body a workout. I will make sure that even though you will be working hard and do some tough exercises, it will also be fun. I promise you that I will be committed to the process of reaching your goals and if you are just as committed you will most definitely reach that goals which you have set out for yourself.

You have two options when training with me. You can come for individual sessions (R220 per session, 1 hour session). We will decide on a time and day that suits us both. You will also decide how many times a week you will train, though my recommendation is two to three times per week.

The second option is group sessions (R90 per session, 1 hour sessions). In the groups there are between two and ten people.

I already have the following days and times for groups:


Stellenbosch (Piet Retief str, Valerida Centre)
Monday: 6:00 / 9:00
Tuesday: 15:30 / 16:30 / 17:30
Wednesday: 9:00 / 17:30
Thursday: 15:30 / 16:30 / 17:30
Friday: 6:00 / 09:00 / 17:30


If you can't find a time that suits you from these, please let me know what time and day does work for you and I will see what I can do to make it happen. If you have a friend(s) that are interested you can even start your own group.

When you start training it can be though going. But if you have someone to keep you accountable and motivate you when times get tough, it will make the challenge so much easier. I can be that person for you. If you decide to join Mia's Training you can also use the opportunity to do weigh-ins - I measure body fat, muscle mass, visceral fat, bone mass. This is a great way to keep complete track of your progress. I will also provide you with handy advice on healthy eating, using of supplements and preparing for events.
