Mckay Estate CYCC and Shelter

Mckay CYCC and Shelter is a home of safety and has been in existence for 3 years as a result of the dire need for a Youth Care Centre in the Vaal Community. The children and women whom are placed at our facilities are given a new beginning in life.
At Mckay CYCC we teach our children the basic fundamentals of life and bestow the belief in them that they can achieve anything that they set their minds to. Our focus is on children between the ages of 0 to 18 years old, whom have been orphaned or abandoned or abused. We aim to give them the support and love that they need in life.
Mckay Shelter is a house of safety and caters for abandoned and abused women and children. At our shelter, we offer the women the opportunity to get back on their feet and in most cases, rebuild their lives.
With qualified staff who assist with the emotional dealings and house mothers to give our children all the love and care they deserve, Mckay CYCC and Shelter in growing into an organisation that also gives back to our surrounding community.
