OUR HISTORY:

Acquiring a portfolio of commercial properties for the purpose of investing by renovating properties in order to increase value of the entire portfolio. Our portfolio grew to facilitate a diverse array of manufacturing facilities, warehouses, offices, retail and some agricultural properties. Marlann has acquired and renovated fantastic properties which has in turn increased the value of the company substantially with a hands on approach from the directors and management.

OUR VISION:

Our vision is to hold valuable properties on busy roads appealing to various tenant requirements in the industrial, retail and manufacturing sectors. To acquire properties that are well priced and provide rentals under market value to the benefit of all parties. To house minimal vacancies due to strategic pricing and high demand premises.
