This short course(2 months) empowers student with the necessary skills that are required to operate a Switchboard in a Work Place. The course also serves as a pre-requisite to Call Centre training. The Society is indebted to the Telkom Foundation who sponsored the training equipment.

FUNDING
The NGO sector is continuously challenged by limited funds. The Department of Social Development Services subsidizes the Social Workers salaries. NGO”s are forced to raise funds to support the services offered by the Society and for its general operations. The Society acknowledged the funding agencies whom have assisted with funding for specific projects.
