HOW WE OPERATE
Our company makes our clients’ needs a priority therefore understanding them first is the first approach we use to planning and executing an excellent and memorable experience to the customer.
KURA uses the following approach to executing projects:
PHASE 1: NEEDS ANALYSIS
In this phase we get to understand the needs of the client’s, we require a full description of what the client’s needs us to do for them.
PHASE 2: SERVICE PITCH
From the needs analysis, our creative team will put together a service pitch of what we can do for the client, and present it to the client until the client is satisfied with the service offered to them.
PHASE 3: BUDGET/CONTRACTAL AGREEMENT
We then put together a detailed budget for the customer for approval, as soon as the client is happy with the budget; we then sign a contract with the client that binds KURA to deliver the services promised on the previous phase and that the client will pay the amount agreed upon.
Note that we care about our client’s needs and therefore work according to the client’s budget.
PHASE 4: PROJECT PLANNING
At this phase we start planning the project by putting together a project plan with a detailed scope, deliverables and milestones which is shared with the client for progress purposes.
PHASE 5: DEPOSIT
After the approval of the budget and the project planning, we therefore require a 50% deposit of the agreed budget to start with the implementation of deliverables of the project plan.
PHASE 6: PROGRESS REPORTING
The client will be entitled to a weekly, monthly or yearly report depending on the duration of the project/contract. This will be inclusive of site-inspections, meeting suppliers etc.
PHASE 7: FULL PAYMENT
KURA will then require a full payment before the execution of the project, unless stipulated otherwise on the contract and according different organisations payment policies.
PHASE 8: SERVICE DELIVERY
The delivery of the services agreed upon.
