About us

KSS Safaris is a travel company specialising in tailor made safaris in and around the Greater Kruger National Park, including the Manyeleti Nature Reserve and the Letaba game reserve. First starting as one small camp we now have two camps and are in the process of adding more accommodation to our group. We offer anything from luxury Tented accommodation to basic Safari tents. We have all you need to plan an exceptional safari experience.

We offer all your accomodation needs and safari activities as well as educational day tours, all that can be provided in a package to suite you.

Mohlabasi Tented Camp

Mohlabasi Tented Camp is situated in the Letaba Game Reserve which also shares an unfenced border with the Kruger National Park. With the dropped fence between the two reserves it provides us with a lot of untouched nature and gives us the opportunity to seek and view wildlife like the Big 5, and 2 packs of wild dogs that den in close proximity to the camp. The reserve is also close to the Amarula Factory where day tours can be arranged to as well.

The camp is perfect for anyone who wants to have a quite and intimate time in the bush. The luxury tents are all on suite and sunrises and sunsets are beautiful from the units. The camp has a bar and lounge area that provides a relaxing time in the day. In the evenings after a game drive the boma(the kraal) is welcoming with a lovely fire burning away. As you sit around the fire you could expect to hear lions or hyena in the distance.
