Klaarstroom Hotel

The Klaarstroom Hotel offers a unique place to spend some time in the Heart of the Karoo. Situated just outside of the idyllic Meiringspoort pass, where the Great- and Little Karoo meet. The Hotel originally opened its doors in 1874, and today it offers an array of modern amenities, whilst maintaining the intrinsic charm of this small Karoo town. The hotel offers its guests a choice of seven unique rooms to spend the night as well as some delicious local and international cuisine in its a la carte restaurant. Also on offer is the chance to cool down in the beautiful Meiringspoort waterfall or in the hotel swimmimg pool. Otherwise guests are offered cool bevarages from our unique bar, built entirely from reporposed 200 year old ox-wagons. The Karoo awaits, hope you will join us soon.
