Kinetic Fitness is the proud home base of CrossFit Knysna (https://www.facebook.com/CrossFitKnysna) and offers a range of awesome functional fitness including CrossFit, Mixed Martial Arts, Capoeira, Belly Dancing, Spinning and Kinetic Kids.

We are growing our offering every day, and collaborate with the many other wonderful health and fitness service providers in the beautiful town from Chiropractors to surfers and beauticians - we are a part of a community loves an active, healthful and fulfilling lifestyle!
