Four years ago, dynamic entrepreneur, Hilary Siegert joined forces with master hairstylist, Juan Joubert, with hopes to create a salon that would optimize the very essence of hair and beauty. It was not long before the Juan Joubert brand became synonymous with sophisticated style and beauty.

Hilary Siegert and Juan Joubert’s relationship is unlike any other. It is a fusion of dynamic business sense wrapped up in passionate splendour. They met 10 year ago when Hilary was one of Juan Joubert’s first clients after he moved to Port Elizabeth. It was only after Hilary Siegert approached Juan Joubert with a proposal that the Juan Joubert brand skyrocketed into an orbit of its own.

Clients are welcomed with a warm, friendly smile at the reception desk before being seated in a beautiful waiting area. Clients can indulge in a variety of beverages before being taken through to the tranquility of the ‘Hush Room”. The Juan Joubert Salon offers two beauty rooms with services provided by skin therapists, ranging from facials, body massages, professional make-up, tinting and hair removal.

The beauty department also consists of three nail bars. Clients can relish in the professional services of a fully qualified nail technician, specializing in manicures, pedicures and nail extensions. The beauty department is renowned for stocking high-end quality products such as Guinot, Dermalogica, OPI and JvG facial and body products as well as make-up ranges.

The Juan Joubert Salon offers ten working stations where clients can lavish in the professional services provided by the Juan Joubert Team. The hairstyling team is supported by five colouring operators and is also stocked with hi-end quality products such as Redken and Kerastase.

The Juan Joubert Salon also prides itself on focusing on environmental issues. To improve its environmental friendliness, a solar tank of 30kl had recently been installed with the hopes of saving water. The Juan Joubert Salson has also started using organic colouring products, such as Nature’s Colour, which is 100% environmentally friendly. This product is appropriate for all pregnant clients, as well as cancer patients.
