You see, Its not just about physical training, here its about training for the unknowable; making you mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually stronger, and in doing so, making you better prepared for what life throws at you.

It's a lifestyle, it's about relationships and community and helping each other be the best we can be.

If we can show people how to apply their fitness to serve each other and the wider community, we are onto something something special and sustainable.

If we can shift focus from own agendas and physical goals and out to serve a wider community of people, people will come alive and will be excited to make a difference.

People generally lack purpose and so showing them how they can make a difference we can change the world one step at a time. “
