Institute of Research Management & Development (IRDM) is a Capacity building, management, Development and training institution registered in Swaziland under the Companies Registration Office. IRDM has been certified and permitted to conduct human capacity development programs, so the courses we offer are in compliance with Education and Training Quality Assurance (ETQA) South Africa, this makes us a credible institution to offer training to different organizations like Government, Parastatals, Public Services Organizations, NGOs, CBOs, Private Sectors, International Organizations and the Diplomatic Missions.
The Institute of Research Management & Development focuses in offering a wide range of high quality short and long term courses aimed at equipping learners at all levels of the workforce with the hard and soft skills needed to improve key competencies essential for on-the-job performance improvement. Our courses are designed and delivered to holistically integrate knowledge, skills, and attitudes into abilities to perform. Our training programs are therefore designed to invoke performance-based learning and assessment criteria.

In designing and delivering its programs, the Institute draws training professionals across the continent, which possesses a wealth of expertise, specialist skills and extensive work experience relating to cutting-edge workplace issues and challenges.
The Institute has also gone into strategic partnership with some internationally recognized Organizations as a way of improving the quality of its services. We are accredited and affiliated to Zimbabwe Institute of Management (ZIM) , Strathmore Business School (Kenya) an affiliate of Harvard University and the Institute of Commercial Management (UK).
IRDM is situated at First Floor Baphalali Red Cross House in Mbabane, Swaziland, Muranga Road third Floor Triangle House Nairobi, Kenya and 54 Duchesses Ave Windsor East, South Africa. Our trainings can be conducted in Nairobi Kenya, Mbabane Swaziland, Pretoria South Africa and Harare Zimbabwe. We also can conduct Satellite training on request for a group of six or more participants in Asian countries namely Malaysia, China, United Arab Emirates and Singapore.
