Industrial Leak Detection is a new company that will provide high quality Technical and Construction services to its clients .Industrial Leak Detection is scheduled to begin operations on June,24,2015.Industrial Leak Detection will be a partnership company owned and operated by Lebogang Pleasure Mkhomazi, Mission Mkhomazi, Edward Mkhomazi and Pam Mkhomazi.

The four of them (Mr. L.P Mkhomazi, Mr. M Mkhomazi, Mr. E Mkhomazi and Miss P Mkhomazi) have left their respective jobs in order to specialize in Construction , Mr. L.P Mkhomazi's previous employment was with Khulani MaHadebe Trading (PTY) LTD acting as Chief Operating Officer.

Industrial Leak Detection will target small to medium sized Companies and Government Organizations within the Southern part of Africa, including South Africa and Surrounding areas. Industrial Leak Detection will seek major contracts with medium sized firms.

Those contracts will be served with the assistance of strategic alliances, both with other construction companies such as WBHO, Group Five and Khulani MaHadebe Trading as well as other professional groups.

This will give the company the flexibility it needs to successfully secure and complete projects with varying elements. By using existing contracts and joint ventures with other consulting firms, Industrial Leak Detection is in a position to corner the on-site assessments market in Southern Africa and Southwestern Africa. The four of them Mr. L.P Mkhomazi, Mr. M Mkhomazi, Mr. E Mkhomazi and Miss P Mkhomazi recognized that there is a high demand for (paving, general services, house wiring, renovations and building) these services as well as a shortage in supply through their extensive contacts, they have determined that most construction consultants don't have the capacity to carry out such activities and as such, don't offer this kind of service.

Therefore, Industrial Leak Detection has initially set the stages as a possible Go-To company for other professional construction groups.

The primary objectives of Industrial Leak Detection over the next year are to:

-To obtain commercial financing of $30,000:00 to cover start up costs and initial operating expense.
-To generate one new client contract a month by networking with key industry leaders conducting seminars and workshops and joining key construction agencies.
-To generate a net profit of $18,000:00 in the first year of operations by developing a strong client base and keeping overhead costs to a minimum.
-To develop and conduct ten construction seminars that meets the needs off the surrounding communities.
