With its inception in 2008, IKB Contracting and Developers specialise in building luxury high end homes tailored to encompass the vision of each individual home owner’s style. To date IKB have built numerous homes along the Garden Route including Pinnacle Point Beach and Golf Estate, the greater Mossel Bay area as well as some surrounds.

Istvan Bús (managing director) has a passion for building beautiful homes with a flair for fine detail. His dedication, and work ethic, guarantee the project is managed to the highest quality and service levels in the industry and ensure that the time taken to finish each home allows a perfectly completed project boasting the finest detail. “We are extremely proud of the houses we have built, which display as beautiful homes. Building your home can be a daunting experience and that’s why IKB’s unique service, of assistance from inception to completion, sees them as the industry leaders. Involvement starts with the budget, and includes guidelines on how to save costs, building progress schedules, advice on duration of the project, fortnightly management meetings, administration with fortnightly spreadsheets with costs and continues with all necessary payment information. IKB boasts a fantastic, long standing relationship with the majority of the suppliers in the Garden Route, and in doing so, can relay the best advice when it comes to products and services on offer.
