Helping Hand Sports Academy, is a modern-day Rugby
Academy, designed for young rugby players who are
determined to excel in Life and Sport.
Our main focus
is on the development of young rugby stars
who want to grow physically, mentally and emotionally.
The coach at Helping Hand has his IRB coaching qualification and has the experience of playing for the Valke, Blue Bulls and club rugby
teams, so he knows what is expected from rugby players
on a professional level.
Our mission is to give young rugby players the opportunity to get extra rugby coaching at an affordable price, so they can be moulded into a potential future sport stars. We want to better ball skills, handling, tackling, kicking, side-step and game reading. It has been proven that focus on an individual player’s skills are not always possible during a normal rugby training session. The academy will help school coaches to give their main focus to their team, while we focus on the moulding and sculpting of each individual player. Players do need that extra individual attention and not for only a few months, but right through the year.
Our vision is to better rugby as a whole on primary school level.
By working on individual technique, we believe that rugby will be more professional, more clean.
