Heart-Mind

I am specializing in Mindful Activism, bringing the world of mindfulness together with activism, to change the world from the inside out. I teach mindfulness and yoga courses and retreats to assist human service professionals. Professionals such as teachers, social workers and NGO activists often become burnt out as their work is emotionally demanding, so these awareness practices support their sustainability.

I run weekly classes in Auckland Park, Johannesburg, and weekend retreats at the Tara Rokpa Centre, the Buddhist Retreat Centre and other venues around South Africa.
