Hantam T3 MTB

The Hantam T3 MTB is a 3 day, 240km mountain bike route that starts and finishes in the beautiful karoo town Calvinia. This circular route will take cyclists on a scenic tour of the true Hantam (with beautiful views of the Hantam mountains and river) and then follows onto the northern Roggeveld escarp with unspoiled views of the the Tankwa Karoo.

The Hantam T3 MTB is a FUN ride and will therefore not be timed but a certain degree of fitness will definitely be required to compete. The route is ultimately aimed at intermediate level riders but with the right level of patients and endurance this route can be completed by beginners.
