Ground Zero is the ideal spot for a day of high-adrenalin shenanigans and the chance to artistically alter the appearance of some of your friends or colleagues. Just 15 minutes away from Canal Walk Shopping Centre, the field is located on a farm just off the N7 and provides the perfect area for armed-artists to run wild and engage in a day of paint-splattered shenanigans.

Social Sunday is the weekly social event for cheerful artistic assault between factions, whether or not they’ve ever met. Anyone who wants to practice their pot-shots or release some pent-up aggression by raining hot paint down on all and sundry can show up and get their game out, with equipment being rented on a first come, first served basis. You’re invited to just show up with a friend or nine and get in on the action with everyone else already out on the field. Even if you focus on your friends and spend the time pummelling your friend/nemesis with explosive paint-pellets, it’s a raucous three hours of artistic and adrenalin-fuelled madness. Of course, you should also ensure to dress appropriately – the paint may wash out, but no matter how gifted of a sharpshooter you may be, you are going to get dirty.
