An Overview of what we do>>>
The core service we provide to sport event organisers is focussed on race timing and results, for events with up to 5000 entrants. However, we have extensive experience in the management and organisational aspects of these events, and are thus able to add considerable value.
We currently provide services for about 95 events annually. Our system of operating is also adaptable to diverse events, such as the Red Bull “Cape Town Man” [multi-sport Kite-surfing, mountain biking, mountain running and para-gliding] and Box Cart Race.
A speciality add-on service is the supply of quality, low-cost race numbers, both for MTB and running events. Either plain or full colour, inclusive of sponsor and race logos, and can be personalized with athlete names for pre-entries.
The crew we use are very experienced, and we have worked on several hundred events over the last 13 years. Grevile Ruddock is a former national chairman of SA Mountain Biking, and most crew are qualified race officials. Sharon Ruddock has 13 years of event admnistration and management experience. We have provided services for the SA National- and Western Province Mountain Bike Series for the past 15 years, and many other events for between 3 and 7 years on a repeat basis.
