It is my pleasure to introduce Future Focus Training & Development Institute, to you – “a network of Business Advisers (Coaches & Mentors), Cost; Financial and Management Accountants, Corporate Attorneys, Labour Analysts, Marketing & Branding Specialists and Industrial Psychologists (Personal Coaches & Mentors).

As a coaching, consulting, training and research firm we have conducted an extensive research into civil society organizations and small and medium and micro sized enterprises (SMME’s) in order to determine how they can be empowered to help themselves as organizations and individual members.

Chief amongst our findings was a lack of proper managerial skills, lack of knowledge of the labour laws, lack of financial management and accountability, lack of business planning (strategic planning) and mostly lack of personal development through goal setting and visioning.
This is just but a few of the outcomes of our research on why most newly established businesses or any economic initiatives fail in their first three years of existence. As a result of these findings we have design and developed a unique program that will determine your exact need and can be addressed then accordingly. We called this program the “Business Diagnostic Tool.” “It is like a doctor he examines you first then only can he prescribe the relevant medication to treat your illnesses.”
