FUBAR Estate offers a party venue like no other – situated only 1 hour from Johannesburg and 30min from Pretoria, FUBAR Estate will give you 9 hectares of uninterrupted views of the Magaliesburg Mountains and plenty of space for your ultimate any occasion party.

We cater to every type of party – bachelor parties, 21st parties, 30th birthdays etc. We can customize our packages and activities to suit your requirements and needs – all you need to do is pitch up and have the most amazing party!

Accommodation is in the form of two dorm style buildings. Each building has two rooms which sleep 8 each. In total we can accommodate 32 people. Bedding and linen is provided.
In winter, it is advisable to bring extra blankets and warm clothes as it can get cold at night.

We offer paintball at the venue, which costs R180pp and includes 100 free balls. If you want extra balls, you can purchase them on the day for R30 for 50 balls.
There are 2 golf courses nearby for a round of golf, or a favourite of many is a pub crawl before hitting the venue.
In the summer months, bring a towel and sunscreen and enjoy time in the pool.
Our staff are fully trained and are there to make your party as enjoyable and hassle free as possible. They are available to do the cooking and braaing for you and will assist you in any way they can.
