Fast Flare

Where we come from:

Fast Flare Firelighters come from humble beginnings, situated in the rural parts of Northern KZN. The main manufacturing plant was first opened on a farm just outside of Dundee in order to create employment opportunities to those living in the surrounding rural areas.

What we actually do:

Fast Flare Firelighters is about more than just providing a product to make life more convenient, we strive to incorporate the Proudly South African motto into our brand by sourcing all of our materials locally and ensuring that we provide employment to disadvantaged South African's.

What makes us, us:

What makes our product special is the way we package it because we package it with our customers best interests at heart. By individually sealing the firelighters with plastic and separating our blocks into 3 x 4 pieces we have made storing Fast Flare Firelighters safer as well as giving them a longer storage life. The individually wrapped blocks prevent our Fast Flare Firelighters from drying out as fast as what many of our competitors firelighters would after being opened for the first time.

Our Goals:

Our goal is to become the leading brand of firelighters in South Africa and in doing so provide countless more employment opportunities to South Africans and enable them to bring home a sustainable income each month.

How will we do this:

By aligning ourselves with some of South Africa's top retailers such as Pick'n Pay, Spar, Checkers and other Mass Mart stores allowing us to reach our customers (and their braais). By ensuring that our employee's have safe, fair and favourable working conditions and ensuring that they have a high job satisfaction.
