Executive Home Services was established out of the need for an affordable, reliable holiday home care-taking service in the South Peninsula of Cape Town. We offer holiday home owners peace of mind knowing their homes are being cared for while they are away.

Holiday Home Management - Executive Home Services offer home management for summer-home owners during the winter months. We do regular inspection visits to the home to ensure all is in order and that there is no damp or damage to the home. We manage the payment of all bills associated with the home, we facilitate any maintenance work needed, opening and locking up for regular service providers. We do a pre-visit home preparation freshen and clean as well as shopping for groceries and alcohol the owner in preparation for their arrival for their summer stay.

Airbnb Management - We also offer the service of managing your holiday home as an income generator through Airbnb (and bookings.com) during the months that you are out of town. We manage the listing, calendar and act as the point of contact for guests, meeting and settling them in on arrival and locking up when they leave. We also facilitate the cleaning and preparation of the home for the next guests.

Meet and Greet Service – We offer the service of Meet and Greet to your short-term holiday lets guests. We will meet them at the door, welcome and settle them and update them on places to eat and things to do in the area during their stay. Again, we facilitate the cleaning and preparation of the home for the next guests arrival.

We have a host of facilitation services on offer and essentially act as “the owner” of the house while you are not there to do so yourself. If you only need the home cleaned, we will facilitate it. If you need minor renovations done, we can oversee the process and keep you updated with photo’s. If you need a professional photo shoot done for online listings, we have the photographers to do so...
